National Geographic Beyond the Frame Finalist

In 2020 I was selected as one of 5 finalists by National Geographic Photographers in the Beyond the Frame competition. This photo of a Green Tree Python landed me a interview with 5 national geographic photographers. I was able to explain where I took this picture, how long I have been photographing along with a whole slew of questions. It was truly a moment I will never forget and while I didn't win it was an honor to be selected as a finalist out of hundreds of thousands of photos.
